McMillen Surveying, Inc. was established in Williston, Florida in 1996 by Stephen M. McMillen.  Mr. McMillen is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper with 20 years of land surveying experience in the State of Florida.  He is also the current president of the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce.
